Horse Soccer Several of us at CHHR found a new game to play with our horses -- horse soccer! We'll be having games with this big ball in no time, but for now we're just chasing it around the arena. Our horses love it and really get mad if they don't get "their turn" with the ball!
TJ and Face "herd" the ball to the goal. Face loves to kick the ball, refusing to touch it with his nose at all. "Hey Misty, what do YOU think it is?" -- "I don't know, Scoot, what do YOU think it is?" Kay Prince (on Lola), Sharon Brewster (on Misty), Kelsi Storrie (on Bailey) and Beth Bennett (on Sherman) had a great time first time out with the big blue soccer ball. Tally ho! The group charges into action. :-) Beth Bennett says Sherman was very possessive of the big blue ball. He'll have to learn to share! Lola showed her true adaptability for rider Kay Price. Lola can both kick he ball and shove the ball with her nose. Go Misty go! Sharon laughs as Misty "gets into" the game.
