For those of you who worry when your roan foals start to shed, don't!!! Yes, they look kinda funny, but they will be beautiful in no time! This is Sheza Good Leaguer "Lexie", an in-the-process-of-turning-roan filly owned by Melissa Rausch of Farmersville, OH. Melissa still wonders if she will be bay roan or blue roan . . . but she's definitely ROAN! Dam is Leaguers Swiss Miss, who was bred back to Face for a 2008 foal. |

Like most of Telly's foals, he's a big boy with his back almost to my waist at birth. My 4 year old niece told me, before he was born, that she thought the baby would be pink. (That being her favorite color of course.) Well . . . she was right! He is pink!!" Here's Bandit at his 1 month birthday. Bandit's registered name is Stealin Good Kisses. His dam is Kittys Kissen Tell. FLASH: Bandit's first AQHA Show (Oct 09) was a complete success. He went second in a 2-year-old futurity, after only 5 months under saddle!

Face of the Maravillas "Rio" is a stunning bay roan colt owned by Susanna Love Smith of Big Cabin, OK. "Rio" as born April 15 to the TB mare Powder Pass. Susanna says, "We are absolutely tickled with him. So far, he is very sweet and biddable. Nice conformation and gait. The only problem with Rio is apparently the amount of time I waste every day watching him and playing with him! When it takes you over an hour to feed a mare and foal and clean one stall, there is a problem!!!" FLASH: As a 2-year-old, Rio is being used as a mount for competive shooting! What does that say about the easy-going disposition of a Face foal?
